Melody Mojo
Melody Mojo is music catalog for users looking to discover and filter through music! For the consumer, they can explore songs on the home page and filter through them based on different genres in the sidebar. The consumer can also add songs to the catalog. There is also an administrator side, in which the admin can log on using their credentials and edit song details in the catalog, filter through them based on different genres, as well as add new songs. Data was pulled from a database using PostGreSQL, and the front-end is written in HTML, CSS, and PHP. In terms of design, followed the entire UX design process including a User Persona, and User Journey.
Information Science Courses Catalog
This website is a catalog for Information Science Courses at Cornell University. The user can browse different courses as well as add a course to the catalog. This was my first practice with back-end programming using databases, queries, and SQLite. It follows all the principles of the UX design process.
Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival
The Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival happens every year in Ithaca, where residents of Ithaca, local students, and tourists come to explore the town and its local vendors. My first project in my intermediate Web Dev & Design class was to recreate the website for the 41st Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival, to make it more usable, and responsive. In doing so I followed all the principles and steps of UX design.
